Free Shipping: All UK orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery. No promo code needed — we apply it automatically at checkout.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM on weekdays are dispatched the same or next day. While we aim to dispatch later orders where possible, we cannot guarantee same-day despatch after the cut-off.

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. During exceptionally busy periods (launches, seasonal sales), processing may take up to 72 hours. We'll keep you updated if there are any delays.

Delivery Time: Packages typically arrive within 1-5 working days, depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may take additional time.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is:

• Unopened and unused
• In its original, factory-sealed packaging
• In the same condition as received

2. We'll provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different fragrance, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you'd like. This ensures the fastest possible delivery of your new scent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
