United Kingdom Shipping

Shipping Details

Free Shipping: All UK orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery. No promo code needed — we apply it automatically at checkout.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM on weekdays are dispatched the same or next day. While we aim to dispatch later orders where possible, we cannot guarantee same-day despatch after the cut-off.

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. During exceptionally busy periods (launches, seasonal sales), processing may take up to 72 hours. We'll keep you updated if there are any delays.

Delivery Time: Packages typically arrive within 1-5 working days, depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may take additional time.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Carriers: We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and UPS for UK mainland deliveries. The carrier is selected based on your chosen shipping option at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to most European countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
